Project Management

We're There For You

At your request an Anchor team member, not a subcontractor, visits your new location to analyze site conditions, identify traffic patterns, photograph surrounding signage, and recommend placement for maximum visibility of your new sign package.

These team members, known as Field Service Coordinators, are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including laptop computers, digital cameras and GPS mapping devices. This ongoing commitment to technology allows real time access to site photos not only for Anchor, but for our clients as well.

Code Checks

We protect your brand! We do not rely on second hand information. Our account managers personally verify code information with each municipality, landlord, or governing authority that impacts your sign package. We'll negotiate with your landlords, developers, and sellers to alleviate identity issues before you sign a lease or purchase property.

If a landlord or local municipality rejects your prototypical signage, our account managers will use every resource at their disposal to obtain your desired signage including attending variance hearings. In some cases we have even worked with municipalities and developers to rewrite unjust ordinances. We'll handle any variances or zoning appeals that may arise so that you can be assured someone representing your best interests is on the job.

Development Survey

Our development survey includes written code checks, scaled color renderings of proposed signage, site plans, and the photos taken by our Field Service Coordinators. This comprehensive research package details allowable signage and recommends placement options to provide your brand maximum exposure. All of this information is available on-line through AnchorView - our secure real time web solution.
