Anchor Sign’s corporate campus in Charleston, South Carolina, houses our project management, manufacturing, shipping, and logistics operations. Our state-of-the-art facilities include more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing, fleet maintenance operations, the Anchor Sign National Logistics and Shipping Facility, coatings facilities, the Anchor Imaging Center, project management, research and development teams, and our customer support center.
100% of all Anchor Sign client exterior and interior signage, awnings, and architectural elements are manufactured at our Charleston, SC campus, ensuring our clients’ complete branding success.

Coatings Facilities
The Anchor Sign Coatings Facilities boasts an industry-low volatile organic compounds (VOC) application system, clean recirculating air every 15 seconds, and an industry-leading moisture removal process that provides high-end finishes usually only found in the aerospace industry.
We can match any shade of any color with our proprietary color recognition system, guaranteed. Using our cutting-edge, clean room technology, coupled with a precision debris-free application system utilizing precise coat technology enhanced with UV protectants, your signs are not only engineered to the highest specifications. Still, they are stunning and built to last.
Welding
The Anchor Sign interior and exterior sign packages we create for the world’s leading brands require welding expertise that far exceeds industry standards. The Anchor Sign Welding Center is an entirely in-house operation staffed with certified, highly trained, and highly skilled artisans who take pride in contributing to our client’s branding programs. The Anchor Sign Welding Center can handle everything, whether a finely crafted interior design element or a 200-foot tall pylon sign.
Logistics
At Anchor Sign, we specialize in managing the flow of projects across the nation, including safeguarding, transporting, and installing all types and sizes of signage.
Using our highly customizable trucks and trailers, including specialized double-decker trailers, Anchor crews carry more signage, reducing freight costs for our clients while maintaining total quality control and damage-free delivery.
We recently opened the Anchor Sign National Logistics and Shipping Facility (NLC) on our corporate campus in Charleston, SC, to better support our clients. This state-of-the-art facility provides every Anchor Sign client with industry-leading logistics performance and project execution, focusing on communication, cost, schedule, and quality.
Once client project manufacturing is completed, signage is shipped weekly/bi-weekly to one of fourteen regional installation hubs in anticipation of client site readiness, usually one to two weeks before the scheduled installation.
Anchor Imaging Center
At Anchor Sign, we combine the most amazingly creative designers with a building full of the latest high-tech and high-resolution digital printers providing clients with the most vibrant and illustrative graphics available today for interior and exterior applications.
From interior signs and displays to banners, menu boards, and everything in between, there is no image that the Anchor Imaging Center cannot produce for our clients. We can print anything, on anything, all while maintaining our mandate to be the guardians of your brand!
Fleet Maintenance
At Anchor Sign, we operate the largest fleet of company-owned cranes, trucks, and trailers in the sign industry. We have an on-site, fully staffed Fleet Maintenance Facility responsible for all service levels, repair, and preventative maintenance to maintain this impressive fleet.
